Look Through My Window
Tune: Eight Is Enough
Look through my window to see life start anew
My flower has begun to open at last
The rain glistens bright on her petals
And gives her room to breathe
Caring for her, hoping she will stay in bloom.
Camp Tapawingo's brought me close to her
She's growing more and more every day
Reaching out to share with me, still we change in many ways
I've learned through all the warmth and love we've known
At days end the blossom closes to rest
Let her colors still remain in my mind
I know that tomorrow we'll be together once again
I'll never forget, the flower is my friend.
