Hear the Train
Tune: Free to Be You and Me
Hear the train rolling in, the excitement begins
The circus unloads all the memories it holds
At the time we arrive, Tap’s circus comes alive
Our summer’s at a brand new start
CHORUS:
Tapawingo’s magic begins, a three ring circus made of friends
Gray and blue march hand in hand
Parade of friendship that extends throughout the land
Camp days go by, like the trapeze men fly
And the friendships that grow give the grandeur to our show
You can see in our eyes all the love and surprise
That this camp has brought to our lives
CHORUS
All the clowns start to cry, as the light slowly dies
And we know deep inside that it’s time for goodbye
As the train pulls away, we reflect on past days
And we hope that our dreams never fade
CHORUS
